about infuse
infuse is a full service boutique catering company that focuses on local ingredients with international influences. we can coordinate food, service teams, décor, beverages, alcohol (we’re licensed), rentals, entertainment, wedding days, and your audio visual needs. we focus solely on events with service by our trained staff and have produced parties for 6 to 2600 people.

the infuse team is headed by owner, creative director, and event planner wade sirois. he began his catering career cooking at savoir fare catering. he is self taught and is celebrating 25 years of being in the catering industry in 2017. wade is an outspoken advocate for local food and sustainable agriculture. he has represented alberta at two slow food terra madre conventions and at the canadian chef's congress on vancouver island. he has many passions beyond food including playing the ukulele, cross country skiing, fountain pens, disc golf, hiking, and travel.

genevieve helms the kitchen - her and wade have worked together for over 20 years now. there is no one better at running a kitchen than genevieve. tagen is our assistant planner and she brings her eye for detail and passion for events. the rest of the infuse team is made up of passionate cooks, dozens of on-site captains, cooks, servers, and bartenders.
